Located in the mountains between Monovar and Pinoso, surrounded by nature and with great views. The plot size is around 18.000m2, only partly fenced. The house has a size of around 80m2, with 2 bedrooms, a lounge, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen runs off gas. 20 minute drive to the towns of Pinoso and Monovar, and 10 minute drive to the village of Manya which has a restaurant, bodega, petrol station and car repair garage.
